On the ALMA Edizioni website you can buy all the books in the catalogue, in the quantities you want, while stocks last.

For convenience it is better to first login to the site by clicking on LOGIN/REGISTER, in the white bar, top right, and then make the order.

To order a book you must enter the CATALOGUE section and select the title you are interested in. Then click on the cover of the book or on "DISCOVER THE BOOK"; At this point you are inside the card of the book.

You can also enter the book by clicking on the magnifying glass in the blue bar on the top right of the Search button on all pages. The Search button is also in the Catalogue section.
In the Search space, enter a word contained in the title of the book you are interested in. A list of books will open. The list will give a brief description of the book. Click on the title and you will be in the book’s tab.

When you are inside the book tab, in the box on the right, select the product in the format you want (for example only book, or book + dvd, or book + ebook); If necessary increase or decrease the quantity, and click on "BUY";

Now click on the cart symbol, in the white bar, in the upper right;
Click on "View cart" if you want to see the contents, change the quantity of the titles inserted, add other titles from the catalog, or inform you about shipping costs and then proceed with the purchase.
Click on "Payment" to go directly to the Order Summary and select the payment method to complete the purchase.

When you click on "Payment", you will be asked to fill in the "Billing Details" section. If your order is to be shipped to an address other than the billing address, you must also fill in the "Ship to a different address?" section.

If the title is available in ebook format, in the product sheet you will find the direct link to the Blinklearning e-shop, the platform hosting our ebooks. You can order directly from Blinkshop, the Blinklearning e-shop.

To buy a video you just need to reach the appropriate section by clicking here, choose the video you want and, going down to the bottom of the card, click on the type of subscription or purchase you want to make. Finally you will have to follow the steps indicated and complete your purchase.

To cancel an order you must send an email to info@almaedizioni.it indicating the order number and your data.

All orders placed are available in your reserved area, which you can reach by clicking here. On the left, in the section " MY ORDERS" you will find the list of orders placed.

Purchases made on the ALMA Edizioni s.r.l. website are governed by Italian law on mail order sales. Together with the shipment, ALMA Edizioni s.r.l. issues a regular invoice that will be included in the package. Transport times vary from country to country depending on the carrier chosen. Pursuant to the legislative decree of 21 February 2014, nr.21 (implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights)the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase contract by giving written notice to ALMA Edizioni s.r.l. by email to info@almaedizioni.it, within 14 working days of receipt of the product. To validly exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return to ALMA Edizioni s.r.l. at his expense the books received. The books must be sent within 14 working days from the day on which the consumer communicates his withdrawal from the contract (the shipping stamp is the proof). The returned books must be sent to ALMA Edizioni in perfect condition. The return shipment package must be properly packaged and include a copy of the invoice and be sent to: ALMA Edizioni s.r.l. c/o FERCAM s.p.a. Via di Gonfienti 5/C Interporto 59100 Prato (PO) Italia. Any damage to the books, or the mismatch of the number and titles of the books received with what is indicated in the invoice, must be reported no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery. The report must be made by email to the following address: info@almaedizioni.it In case of damaged books the customer can send an email to info@almaedizioni.it with photos that clearly show that the book is damaged. ALMA Edizioni will evaluate the best way to proceed. In case of choice of shipment by Poste Italiane, ALMA Edizioni is not responsible in any way for the damage to the books. In these cases there is no refund of the amount paid or the return of the books. All prices of the products are clearly indicated on the site and are intended to include only VAT. They do not include any additional taxes, duties or duties imposed on imports under the laws of individual countries. The customer will therefore be required to clear imports and to pay any duties and taxes (other than VAT) due in the country of importation. The cost of each shipment varies depending on the country of destination and the weight of the books included in the order. If the customer makes the purchase by credit card, the bank will immediately verify the validity of the credit card, and will charge the total amount corresponding to each order. Terms of sale of webinars 1. Registration and participation Registration for paid webinars is via the ALMA Edizioni website. You can register up to 24 hours before the start of the webinar you wish to attend. How to register: a. Submit the registration request to the event you wish to attend; b. You will receive an automatic reply by e-mail in which a link is provided to make the payment necessary to complete the registration to the webinar; Click on the link in the email and make the payment. Any date changes will be communicated on the ALMA Edizioni website and by e-mail to all subscribers. In the event that the new date is not compatible with your needs, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by requesting a refund of the registration fee, without being charged any penalty. Alternatively, you can choose to participate in another webinar among those for sale at the same price on the ALMA Edizioni website. In both cases, it will be enough to inform us of your decision by writing an email to info@almaedizioni.it, providing your order number. In the event of a cancelled webinar, ALMA Edizioni will refund the fee paid within 10 working days from the date of notification of the cancellation. ALMA Edizioni acknowledges the right of withdrawal within the period of fourteen days from payment. In no case will it be possible to ask for a refund from 24 hours before the start of the webinar. It is not possible to assert the right of withdrawal even if you have not been able to use the webinar due to failures due to your connection or your device; nor in the event that you have not received the email containing the link to access the webinar room, if this failure is not due to ALMA Edizioni. To get a refund, you must send an email to info@almaedizioni.it. ALMA Edizioni will refund the amount paid within 10 working days from the moment we receive your communication. Limitations of liability ALMA Edizioni assumes no liability for defects due to force majeure, in the event of cancellation or postponement of the webinar, in compliance with the conditions indicated in point 3. ALMA Edizioni will also not be liable for damages, losses, loss of earnings and costs incurred by the Consumer as a result of the failure to perform the Contract for causes not attributable to ALMA Edizioni, having the Consumer right only to the full refund of the price paid and any ancillary costs incurred, which are directly and uniquely related to the performance provided by ALMA Edizioni, without prejudice to the provisions of art. 56, second paragraph, D.Lgs. n. 206/2005. Book sales conditions in the book+ebook version The customer buys the printed book, which in the second cover reports written the code of the ebook. So the ebook can be used from when the customer receives the paper book. Terms of sale of ebooks The ALMA Edizioni ebooks are sold through the BlinkShop website (in the case of purchases in euros) and the BlinkShop USA website (in the case of purchases in dollars).The company Blinklearning - owner of the two platforms - is responsible for the sale of these products to the end customer. To request the purchase invoice, write an email to shop@blinklearning.com, writing in the subject "Invoice" + the order number. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 30 days from the time of purchase for manuals, grammars and the exercises and within 7 days for easy readings.
